LIQUID PACKAGING TOOLING

For the production of Gable Top packaging the following type of tooling can be supplied:

• Creasing tooling, completely solid, partially segmented or fully segmented. The segments allow you to exchange the segments and put in either a segment with another profile or replace the segment for a similar segment in case of wear. We have high expertise on the creasing geometry to make sure you can achieve the right creasing values. To avoid pin holes in the PE layer we do extensive testing during the final testing stage.
• Cutting tooling, in a segmented execution to ensure a long life time and have the flexibility to change the features of the pack, for example a different bottom, top or spout opening.
• Both creasing and cutting tool set can be made dedicated but we also can offer adjustable tooling to produce with one tool set different volumes for example a ½ liter and 1 liter, provided the repeat is the same.

For the production of Aseptic packaging the following type of tooling can be supplied:

• Creasing tooling, completely solid, partially segmented or fully segmented. The segments allow you to exchange the segments and put a segment with another profile in either/or replace the segment for a similar segment in case of wear. We have high expertise on the creasing geometry to make sure you can achieve the right creasing values after the lamination of the carton.
• Punching tooling for a wide range of diameters. In some occasions we combine the punching tool set with either rib score (tear opening) or reverse creasing segments. Thus creating a high flexibility for the production of your aseptic cartons.
