Madern is one of the world leading suppliers of Rotary Die Cutting and it’s equipment. In this stage we have to supply our customers with the most qualified service technicians and know-how.
We supply Madern systems to all over the world. Our service technicians are renowned for their technical know-how and established procedural knowledge. More than 4 service technicians provide a fast reaction at the machine on site.

(Preventive) Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is generally considered to be worthwhile.
Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment. Corrective maintenance, sometimes called ‘repair’ is conducted to get equipment working again.

Madern offers preventive maintenance packs to keep your equipment updated through the whole year.

Spare parts and repair

Spare parts handled by our customer services and they are handled with great care and accuracy, to assist and respond to all your service requirements.
Madern delivers spare parts and system repairs to react as soon as possible to the demand of our customer.

We can offer a range of customized spare part packages for all our systems as well as the possibility to repair and test parts in house with quick response time.

Repair and consumables

The policy of Madern is that we will crosscheck in case of ordering repair a tradeoff between the costs of repairing or a replacement. When the cost of repair becomes a significant percentage of the cost of replacement, it becomes economically favorable to simply order a replacement part.

Training

Madern offers professional training courses and training material. Training programs and related documentation are based upon our knowledge and product specified parts.
